She started making linens, and buying inventory to include dishes, china, flatware, tables and chairs. The business continued to grow to a full-service Party and event Rental Business. We no longer do tools, but we are proud to say we have the largest linen department in the Triad area. We are a family business with seven family members directly involved in management and operations.

Happy Rentz is amazinggg!!!! I recently had my wedding and throughout the entire planning process, I was out of the country so Happy Rentz helped me choose all the linens, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. to match my wedding theme. I just sent them inspiration photos and they picked out everything according to those and they did a perfect job. I'm so grateful for their help! 10/10 would recommend to anyone hosting an event :) :) -Annie

Our daughter’s rehearsal dinner was a disaster. It was supposed to start at 6:00 but the Happy Rentz people were late getting there and our rehearsal dinner was over an hour late in starting- how embarrassing for our guests to be standing around waiting!!
They even had to come back the day of the wedding to finish the dance floor at the last minute. This is the type of service that you definitely don’t need for a wedding!!

We were assured everything would be set up and ready to go…nothing was set up like it was suppose to be and it ruined my rehearsal dinner. Everyone stood around watching the tent be set up for well over an hour….unacceptable. The crew was rude. It was a train wreck. The only way everything got done was because my fiancé and wedding party helped set it up. Super embarrassing and disappointing. Once everything was set up it was beautiful but I do not recommend if you want everything up and ready for your event. Not to mention it was all “suppose” to be done at the latest, that morning. If

She has so helpful and friendly and very accommodating when we needed to adjust our appointment time. She is so friendly and personable. She laid out all of our options and offered suggestions without being pushy, even made us aware of some extra things we'd need that we hadn't even thought about. Again, without being pushy or upselling.
I will update my review after my wedding in October, but I'm very pleased with my experience thus far!

Overall we had a great experience with Happy Rentz. We rented a 30x60 tent, lighting, a dance floor, tables and chairs. The group of guys that came out to set up everything were really nice and the communication about when they would be there to set up was great. We weren’t concerned about the way some of the tables looked since they’d be covered up by tablecloths, however some of the folding mahogany chairs were not in the best shape. Other than that, everything about our experience was great and I will definitely recommend Happy Rentz to people in the future.

Martye was great to work with! Rentals was something we had NO experience with prior to our wedding and our color scheme was altered a bit along the way. Martye was able to help us pick linens and flatware that wouldn't overpower the attire we chose but that would still fit our theme. She even included two sets of napkins for our sweetheart table when another vendor disagreed with our choice so we would have the option to see both in person. Martye is a joy to work with! From the minute I walked in she was happy and excited for me and kept saying how beautiful my wedding was going to be. She really cares and wants to bring your vision to life. We ordered our glasses, china and silverware, table linens and easels from her and they were perfect! Rented a dance floor for wedding in a barn. Did not show up as scheduled the night before. Showed up the morning of wedding and put down a dance floor with termites. After the initial call to the manager, he shut his phone off. I have tried for three weeks to get a call back after speaking with the office staff who can not help me and not a single call back. Very disappointed in the service. Seriously,,, termites in a wood barn?

I requested a quote for a corporate event and included all relevant information. I did receive a response quickly, but whoever responded did not bother to introduce themselves, read my quote request, or do anything else it seems. I received a 10 word sentence with pricing for an item that I asked for. No idea who at Happy Rentz it came from, nor did they offer any clarification regarding whether the price was per day, etc.
I replied and asked whether the price was per day and simply received this response: "Friday to Monday is a one day rate"
