Great service and Bob and Diane are friendly, helpful people behind the counter. Saved alot on PMB rental. Shipping supplies, decent hours, easy to get to from several Medford main streets. Both Bob and Diane a pleasure to work with, always friendly and helpful to me. 5 stars and definitely recommended.

Unlike the previous post regarding the customer service here, I have ALWAYS been warmly received as well as been treated appropriately with regimented excellence in customer service. Additionally I would like to say that you get back what you project for the most part in this life, so if you're treating others as you wish to be treated then you have no merit for a complaint... I've been a Happy customer for just under a year now and am ALWAYS treated as such. ;)

What a joke, ups was closed so I stopped by to drop off a box to be shipped and I already had a shipping label printed, the guy working told me I needed a SHIPPING BOX and for $9 he could put it in one needless to say I left and went to the ups store which gladly took my box and label and told me "thank you and have a great day" never stepping foot in this store again. Can you say crook.

This is my 2nd year being a customer. Bob is the nicest man and he is so respectful. His staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very organized and effecient. They have all the shipping supplies I could ever need and there are even cute and funny cards to select to send with my shipments. I have all my packages sent here for safe and reliable delivery. They are great!!

Only reason it’s gets two star is cause the building is cute cause it looks like a mail box.
I’ve used this store 5 time even tho it’s more expensive then their corporate competitors , I like keeping my business local .
Sadly every time I have felt like an anoyance to them when I tried to shop there.
Today we went to have them box up and send some thing we sold on eBay there was a older gentalman there I’m going to call him “negative Neal” he was so far from helpful he iMediately was negative” it’s going to cost to much to mail , it’s to big, it will not fit in a box!” We

One of the best businesses I've ever dealt with. Bob is genuine and honestly wants to help. He went above and beyond and took it upon himself personally to take care of me. Follow up phone calls after his business hours and making personal trips "on his way home" to help me. I am forever grateful for his efforts. Couldn't recommend he and them more.

I don't often have the need for packing or shipping services but over the last 15 years I have always gone to Medford Mailbox and received great service. Recently I presented them with a challenge by seeking the packing and shipping of an antique slot machine; they took to the challenge and did a superb job, the machine arrived at it's destination in perfect condition. My husband called me yesterday afternoon to tell me he left his wedding ring at his hotel in Medford, and that the hotel gave him the number for Medford Mailbox to get it back to us. I called Bob who set it all up for me and the ring was on our door step the this morning!! Bob provided me excellent customer service, even driving to the hotel to pick up the ring for us! This level of customer care is rare and was so reassuring! Thank you Bob for getting his wedding ring back to us so quickly and at such a great price!

The gentleman manning the counter is preoccupied with ensuring you have a poor mailing experience; whether it be their exorbitant fees (more than the USPS), their small offer of cash for student books ($3 for a $100 book still used by RCC), or his general demeanor which dictates there are obviously better places to patronage.

Bob, it seems that had you been at work when I came in today I may not have had the same experience...however, the lady working today was the most rude person I have encountered in a very long time. I purchased packing supplies (box and tape) and began to put the box together when I was told I could not pack my package in her shop because you offer packing services I could pay for. I asked if I could pack it on the packing table near your door...and was told to get out and pack it in my car then bring it back when it is packed properly.

Medford Mailbox is a GEM!!! Bob has provided me with amazing customer service twice (one of which was today). My fiance and I first went to Medford Mailbox two days after we were engaged (and 4 days after I moved to Medford from NJ) to use his public notary services so I could be on my fiance's health insurance. Mr. Gurney provided me with superb service at an hour of rather desperate need. My husband's mother had died abroad, and we had to have a document notarized and delivered by Fed Ex to him on a Monday in he Bay Area. This was happening on a Saturday. I was in Ashland to see plays; my husband, in Berkeley, needed the notarized form before he could leave the country to go to his mother's funeral. Mr. Gurney downloaded the form from the Internet, printed it for me, notarized and served as the courier to get it to Fed Ex and out for delivery. My husband got the package on time on Monday
