I needed a window decal for the back of my car to advertise my business and I'm very happy that I chose New Beginning. As much as it drives me crazy sometimes, I'm super particular and very picky, but they were extremely patient with me and continued to make revisions until my decal was exactly the way I wanted it to look. They even allowed me to use my own fonts so that the decal matched all of my other marketing material, which was a big deal for me.
There were a couple of errors made that I didn't notice until after I got home, but they were very understanding about it. They had me come back

As a fairly new small business owner I recently chose New Beginning for my building signage because their Google rating was so high, and now I know why and am happy to keep that going! The personnel there are so knowledgeable, helpful and flexible....people like Dawn, Patti, Ashley, Robin and Tim have been so easy to work with, as well as installers Dalton and Tate! There were 5 initial project requests I had and we've already completed 4, and they're helping me with the design work for the 5th. I also threw in a 6th request last minute for my vehicle and they knocked that out in no time, in fact

After initially working with them, we wanted to continue business but unfortunately the quality of work has drastically decreased. We ordered new vinyl wall lettering, window lettering, LED lights for interior and exterior. And nearly every single part of the order was flawed and after attempting to correct it, it has been several months since we were told "we will fix it right away" and we have still not heard anything. The LED outdoor lights after 3 weeks are 90% burned out, the window lettering was the wrong size (although I was not charged for the error) and a spelling error is on the vinyl
