The account executive doesn't know inventory from his head to his toes, as he said a piece of furniture was sold out but had no sold tag on it. My wife and I was not happy so another guy in office helped us as account executive was totaling a chair purchase up and figured out they had 50 cabinets in stock and we could buy the cabinet on the floor awesome
