Caney Fork Cycles opened its doors to the Upper Cumberland in 2009. We recently changed owners and locations, but don't let that scare you. So lucky to have Caney Fork Cycles in the area. They are everything you could ask for in your neighborhood cycle shop; friendly, fairly well stocked, competitively priced, and always take the time to answer a newbie cyclist questions.

I came in with a clicking bottom bracket. I had no idea if it was needing new bearings or just needed a cleaning. A couple hours later (they did seem busy) I was able to pick it up with just a cleaning of the area, they probably could've gotten away with selling me bearings, but they didn't. Very honest work. He explained the components of the bottom bracket, how they work, and what was wrong with it. They also did some courtesy work to make sure I was riding smooth, will be going back.

By far the best bike shop I have ever been to. Being a rookie in the biking world, I have a lot to learn. They have always taken their time to answer whatever questions I have and seem to truly care about their customers. Just today, I went in with a broken spoke. Less than 20 mins later, it was fixed and ready to go. I can't say enough good things about this business. Cookeville is lucky to have Caney Fork Cycles.

The folks at Caney Fork Cycles are super! Very helpful. Always a pleasure to work with when I have a question about my bike or equipment. I am fairly new to the sport. It would be easy to feel intimidated but they made me feel at home. Very much appreciated. When I get ready to buy a new road bike, I am buying it from these good and professional people..

The best experience I have ever had from any shop! I bought my first bike here and the staff walked me through everything. No talking over the head or being pushy. Just a great group of people that want to do the right thing by their customers. I have since bought three more and will continue to make this place my only stop for anything cycling. Thanks for all that you do for your customers!

This was our first experience buying bicycles in over a decade. Thad was awesome!!! He spent all the time we needed answering questions and providing excellent information. There was no pressure at all, and we ended up leaving with 2 amazing bikes and some extra joy in our hearts! We will definitely make the trip for any other cycling needs!!

Great bike shop! The guys offered to teach me how to do some of the routine bike maintenance myself instead of keep taking it in for a tune up. They even offer a TN Tech discount. I highly recommend Caney Fork Cycles for any beginner bicyclist like myself.

First time in Caney Fork Bicycle & can't say enough how impressed I was with the owner and his genuine - take his time to help you attitude! I recently found out about a boy that was living with his grandmother and had moved here going to school, riding a bike to school and back, that was way to small for him. I took a bike in to have repaired and new brakes put on I was going to give to the boy.
I got a call from owner ( Kurt I think) explaining my bike had more issues and that it wasn't worth repairing for $150 bucks. I appreciated his honesty because I would have paid it and

I went in to buy some specific cleats. He did not have them and tried to sell me something else. Not what I wanted and that's OK. But then he started "the lecture." Rude as heck.
