Services
Have over 50 combined years of experience treating pelvic floor dysfunction that is unmatched in Orange County. Have board certification specializing in women's health and orthopedics by the APTA-the most of any clinic in Southern California. Hold faculty appointments at 3 of the top physical therapy programs in Southern California - Chapman University, Western University and Cal State Long Beach.
We provide hope and healing for difficult diagnoses that require compassion, experience and proven success. Sarton Physical Therapy was created to deliver hope and healing for life altering pelvic floor conditions: pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with sex, pudendal neuralgia, incontinence, interstitial cystitis, tailbone pain, coccyx pain, and other related disorders.
My urologist said I had Epididymitis and put me on antibiotics, three different antibiotics over an 8-week period made no difference in my symptoms, the doctor recommended removing the testicle. Sitting in the airplane on my way back home for another 13 hours didn't cause any remarkable pain either.
I have always told my patients that the magic happens when all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Watch as Becky Paulson, PT, DPT walks us through exactly what to expect during a pelvic floor physical therapy appointment for vaginal vestibule-related conditions. The vestibule is a structure that most of us don't pay attention to until something happens with it (sounds familiar, right?)
From the comfort of your own home, speak with one of our board-certified pelvic health physical therapists about your unique issues and pelvic floor concerns. Our online consultations are one-on-one so you can get the most out of your online session. No matter your busy schedule or time zone, our flexible virtual session appointment scheduling ensures that nothing-not even lack of time-will stand in the way of setting you on your path to healing.

The treatments I've received here have changed my life! My therapist is knowledgeable, patient, kind and effective. I now have a regimen that I can practice on my own to stay strong and healthy. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Aubert and Karen. I can't recommend their services strongly enough. Thank you for everything!!!
