Vibrant offers home health services to qualifying Medicare and Medicaid patients. Our staff assist dialysis program provides services to Commercial Insurance, select Medicare and Medicaid Managed Care Program. Our goal is to integrate our patients back into independent living status as much as possible through a multidisciplinary approach of delivery of care.
Vibrant sets itself apart in the home health industry in that, it is presently the only licensed and certified home health agency with dialysis designation in North Texas. Our staff is the reason for our exceptional delivery of care and compliance with all State and federal guidelines which is validated by the last 3 SURVEYS resulting in zero deficiencies.
Vibrant Home Health Care provides another hemodialysis option for patients that are unable to attend the In-center clinic for treatment. Only licensed and trained Dialysis Nurses who meet State guidelines for delivering treatments in the home, Skilled Nursing facilities and Assisted living facilities are employed by the agency.
Vibrant Home Health Care, a Dialysis Designated Agency was created to give end stage renal patients another treatment option in addition to "in-center", "self-care home dialysis" or "Peritoneal dialysis". Many patients desire and need the ability to have their dialysis treatments performed in the home, however are unable to perform the necessary self-administered tasks to do so.
