Services
During this session, we will do a full assessment to really get to know you and answer any questions you might have about our work together. With your permission and only what you are comfortable sharing, we may explore your past and present relationship with food, body image concerns, medical history, digestive health, exercise/movement, mental health history, stress levels, sleep patterns, and so much more.

Our practice is based on the Non-Diet Approach which supports people find their natural body size without dieting, restriction, or food/body obsessions.
