Highly recommend iSupply. They were very friendly, professional, and competent. My camera was not working on my iphone 6s+. I called ahead, they said they had the part in stock, and could fix it in an hour for an affordable price. When I went to pick up the phone they asked me to test it for satisfaction, but it wasn’t focusing at a distance. They immediately spotted a spec of dust in the lens, asked to clean it again (which took ten minutes), and it is now working like brand new. Will return if something else happens.

Brought my phone in for a screen repair, not even 14 days after getting it replaced the LCD went out. When I brought it back into iSupply the rude man at the counter sarcastically told me "sweetie screens don't break on their own" when I know I never dropped it. They purposely do not securely re connect your LCD so you have to bring it back and they make another $200 off of you. Not to mention my phone was still under their "14 day warranty" that didnt cover anything. This is not my first time dealing with isupply but its definitely my last. BEWARE!!!!!!

Had an awesome experience today at iSupply! My iPhone XS screen was fixed within 30 minutes of arriving to the store. I never got the name of the man who helped me, but he was friendly, knowledgeable, and even made sure I got today's sale price added to my order. He also ran diagnostics on my phone to help me with issues beyond my broken screen. Pricing was great--about 1/2 the cost of what Apple was going to charge me. Highly recommend!

Best service ever! Great repair and so fast!. I went to get my iPhone 6 plus screen fixed because it cracked years ago and, one day, my battery died on me only for the phone to lock me out after restarting since the touch screen won't work anymore. I am a full-time student so I have a lot of my notes and lectures on there so my main priority was to keep the contents safe. Went into the store, and Nemo told me it could be fixed in an hour. I thought for sure I was going to need a new phone when I brought my freshly cracked Samsung S7 Galaxy Edge in for an estimate. Huge chunks of glass were missing from the sides and the crack was beginning to spread across the entire screen, which was glitching and unresponsive on the bottom half. The staff here were knowledgeable, helped me out super quick, and answered all of my questions. My phone was good as new in no time - and for literally half the cost of the place just up the road! ISupply Slidell and Ellis are super! After a few days, the new screen on my wife's iPhone began to go dark in the upper left corner of the screen. We rode over to iSupply and showed the problem to Ellis. He had a new screen installed in less than an hour, with no hassle, no problem, and we are so happy! It's been several months now, and the phone works great :)

Went today to get my iPhone screen fixed. The owner personally assisted me and was very informative and helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem and went over my phone to ensure nothing else was wrong. He said it would take about 20 minutes to fix so I went and ran some errands. When I returned, he quickly greeted me with my fixed phone. Again, he went over all the functions of the phone to ensure everything was properly functioning before handing it over. Great experience and a great price. Recommend!

Great place for all your cell phone and tablet repairs. I have used their services on my I Pad, two I Phones and I was in and out within two hours each time. Very clean/quiet place to bring your phone. When I spoke to Ellis on the phone and explained the problem he said it would be easy to repair but he wasn't the actual technician working on my phone. Ellis gave a specific time that the phone will be repaired and its been longer than and hour and no phone call was given... so I called to see if my phone was ready which he said 5 minutes which in turn, turned into 30 more minutes. Then he wanted to have me replace other item before even telling me how much more it was going to be. They need to do a diagnostics on the phone prior too if they actually

I brought my phone in thinking it was a total loss. I asked iSupply to inspect the entire phone and call me when they found the problem(s) before fixing anything. They said they would call at 2:30 the same day. I did not hear from them for three days so I called them back. They said my phone was working, and I could come pick it up. These guys are the best! Their customer service is above & beyond & they really helped me out when I was in need. I could've went to Apple to maybe gotten a better price but it's definitely worth spending a couple more dollars to just have everything taken care of minus the lines & crowds of people.
