Nails are decent, $40 total for basic gel. The technician was wayyy too chatty though, he kept talking despite me putting on earphones. And because I didn’t respond he said “I thought you said you could speak mandarin”. I told him I couldn’t hear him because of my earphones but he kept talking anyways and forbade me from putting them back on.
Lastly, during the heat wave their AC was broken. It was 85 degrees indoors. I sweating like crazy with my mask on.

My daughter treated me to my first mani and pedi !! It was perfect !! Such clean nice place!! The people were very kind and helpful!! Go back for another day if pampering !!!

Completely unprofessional. I texted Janet on 12/21 at 11am asking if they can do a volume lash set on me. I sent pictures to her showing the differences between the classic and volume and specifically requested volume. She responded and said yes that I can come in for a 3pm appointment. I said okay. Not long later she texted me and said can I come at 2:45pm instead and I said I couldn’t because I was in a previous appointment that would around 2pm and that I was coming from the Valley - which is a 40 min drive from Pasadena which is where they are located. Yes Nails and Lashes is a little cute pink salon in San Gabriel area. This place is very clean and professional. My first impression was their fabulous Japanese Nails Collection . They're so special and very beautiful. You won't be disappointed with the varieties of nails polish. Beside nail services , they also have a quality of eyelash extension . I've not tried it yet but I will definitely try it some day . Highly recommend this place .

There are so many nail & lashes salon in SGV, but not all of them are great. I decided to give this new place a try and it completely blow my mind away! The place is so clean and neat, the decor is very cute, the staff is also very friendly. I had Melody get my nails done, and it comes out to be amazing-exactly how i wanted. Just got my 3D volume eyelash extension done at this place yesterday. Easy enough to schedule my appointment, the tech is very experienced. I didn't feel any irritation at all during and after the service. I was told by the tech that they only selected high quality Japanese lash glue which may be why. They also gave me a lashes care pack for aftercare use. That's pretty cool.

Clean place. Got my pedicure done there. The tech that helped me was patient and took her time. Cute deco, comfy chairs. Will definitely come back again.

This place is a hidden gem. I have to say this is the most perfect nail job I've had in many years!! I decided to visit this place because of the great reviews and clean work in the photos. Most importantly they got right to work when I walked in, and no long waiting time like other places.

I got my gel nails by done Eva two weeks ago and loved it. This place is very clean and cozy. So I came back for lashes extension service this time and not disappointed at all. Glad to have this spot opened in my area. Will definitely come back here soon.
