Sports & Rehab Clinic
The Sports and Rehab Clinic offers a thorough evaluation by a licensed PT in a one-on-one setting, with a combined approach of manual skills as well as exercise-based rehabilitation to enable optimum recovery and performance. We actively involve the patients in their rehab by providing individual instruction and education about their problems and goals.

This helps to make physical therapy more successful. Your treatment will be provided by a licensed PT and will be consistent with staff throughout the course of care. We treat all ages and all types of people with musculoskeletal problems, pre-surgical and post-surgical. Whether you are a professional kayaker, weekend golfer or biker, triathlete, or a senior with Parkinson's disease and balance issues, The Sports and Rehab Clinic can help you.
Services
If you want to get stronger, better conditioned, or just start exercising, our skilled PT's can help you get started. There are several cardiovascular machines, individual weight machines, a pulley system, Smith Squat Machine, free weights, medicine balls, and an array of balance and agility equipment.
We encourage you to understand your plan and policy prior to attending your physical therapy appointment as deductibles, copays, and coinsurances vary for each individual. Before your first appointment, please contact your insurance company so that you are aware of your physical therapy benefits, co-pays, and prior authorization requirements.

I had learned to kiteboard a year before, so I was proficient in the sport and the skills kiteboarding required. My husband introduced me to kiteboarding. He is a weather master, especially when it comes to wind and knowing which size kite to use. He also knows when to get off the water. Perhaps I relied on his knowledge too much that day.

In '97 I had a PCL recon and MCL repair and 60% meniscous removed, followed by a ACL recon 6 months later in '98, all on my left. In '03 Dr Neale reon'd my right ACL. Heidi was my PT for all of it. I have always said that the doc may fix you, but your PT has a bigger and more profound effect on your recovery than any doc. I have 10 screws and a dead guy's Achilles tendon in my knees. I have no pain, ever. Even on rainy days. I am 41 tomorrow, still a carpenterlike I was then, and I am not a candidate for replacement, ever!! And it is because Heidi Noonan's skills, knowledge, persistence, and aggressive
