Show promoter, Frank Gaglio, is a longtime dealer in American antiques with special expertise in furniture and folk art. In 1994, he created Barn Star Productions with the goal of providing premier antiques shows. These events transform host facilities into exciting arenas for antiques professionals to display and sell in a hands-on, approachable atmosphere.

The many customer amenities offered to patrons create convenience and comfort, turning antiques shows into antiquing destinations. Within a ten year period, the name Barn Star Productions has become synonymous with a high quality, sophisticated presentation mixed with ease and accessibility. Frank is an active member of the Professional Show Managers Association, Inc., (PSMA) and co-founder of the Antiques Dealers Association of America (ADA.).

The Dutchess County Fairgrounds will once again host this iconic event in the three, spacious and well-ventilated buildings which will also adhere to all Health Department Regulations for a safe and enjoyable event. My wife and I have been have been doing Frank Gaglio's shows for 3 years now. We made a $750 payment in February of 2020 and when the pandemic hit all future Barnstar shows were tabled. When we called Frank to request a refund in early July, he was nasty and rude to my wife. In the phone conversation, Frank stated that he had to keep $200 of the $750 payment and would refund the difference. When my wife challenged this assertion by Frank, saying that he was unable to provide any service for the $200, Frank stated "How else can I stay in business?". This level of disconnect from his

I signed up for two antique shows for the spring of 2020 with Barn Star Productions. One at Lyndhurst in Tarrytown, NY and the second in Rhinebeck, NY at the fairgrounds. The April Lyndhurst show was canceled and I was reimbursed for the full amount, deposit included. The show in Rhinebeck was postponed then canceled, understandably due to the pandemic, but I was not fully reimbursed like in the case of the first cancellation of the Lyndhurst show. I emailed the director and asked for a full refund. They send me back a partial refund and kept $300. They said the deposit was non-refundable. I asked
