I would think twice before booking Bergenlimo company. When there is a limo driver there’s only supposed to be one driver in the front seat there was other people in the front as well. The passenger looked like she could be his wife. She was watching Netflix. We told the limo guy that the music was not working at all. All we can hear was the bass in the back of the limo so the limo driver didn’t know how to work anything. He told us to call the company because the radio wasn’t working to play music. We called the company numerous times and nobody answered and then we called again the representative

We received a limo that wasn’t meant to hold the capacity of people we had told prior to booking. The limo had NO AC. It was 85 degree weather, and the driver kept insisting it would start working . As we began our trip , we asked if we could play music. The driver stated the stereo did not work. We called the limo service number and we were told they would call the driver. Because everything should be working for the limo. 35 minutes went by. No one called the driver . We made the driver pull over, because they now began to ignore all of our calls. Fantastic. I have used this company for years - always great service. Recently our car got a flat tire on the way to the airport. Within minutes another car came - driven by the company owner- to make sure we did not miss the plane. That is unheard of these days. Would not even consider another limo company.

Be careful with this company. I was quoted a price for 2 limos for my wedding, then was told that In order to reserve the limo's I need to pay a none refundable deposit. I had stated that I wanted my Fiance to see the limos before completely omitting so I help off on the reservation. Four days later, my fiance went to look at the limo's and she as told by Sophia that there was no quote. Sophia then continued by undermining me and saying to my Fiance that she was in control and to just pick what she wanted. Not sure about all these bad reviews, but I had an amazing experience with exotic transportation. I hired them to do my wedding, not only were they on time and competitively priced, they were very pleasant to deal with... They gave us a complimentary upgrade on a gorgeous bus. I wouldn't hesitate to give my recommendation to anyone about this company, highly recommended!

I arrived to NYC after vacation with my family, i had reserved a limousine for us, since we are 9 people, and the company i reserved cancelled last minute on me. So i googled limo companies, and Exotic Transportation came out. I was already at the airport, i called them, they arrived within 30 minutes with brand new Limo and also the price was actually cheaper than the price i had ordered from other company.
Driver was very friendly and caring.
To be honest i was very impressed with this high quality service. I will definitely recommend this to everyone! This company is a top notch.

It's the second time Im using exotic transportation. First time was for the wedding. And now for the Sweet 16. Both time I asked for the Spanish Driver because my parents does not speak any English and it would be easy to communicate with the driver. So for my request they told me it's not always available. So 1 st time I got a Spanish Driver and was really happy. But today I got an American driver. He was nice and everything but I think Spanish Driver will work better for me. This company is VERY unprofessional! On top of being unprofessional they're thieves. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. My husband & I booked a party bus for our daughters prom after party this month. We put a deposit on the "International Pro Star Transformer Party Bus" which as per their website CLEARLY states the amount of passengers It holds. Very pleased with bergen limo. I'm a regular, usually traveling to Newark or JFK. My last trip was scheduled for 5 am pickup from Elmwood park to JFK airport, the driver was right on the dot, smooth and relaxing ride. I've had same great service every time. Would recommend. I was planing my New York City vacation for a while now and since this was my birthday gift for my girlfriend I wanted to make every aspect of this trip special. I got a nice hotel and thought to surprise her with a limo ride. I looked up Bergen limo and booked a white stretch limo. The driver was on time, he got helped with the luggage. The inside was as on the pictures, it was very nice. I also ordered champagne service and that was provided. I wanted to get them for a NYC tour, but they were more expensive that I paid for the airport so I ended up not doing it. Overall great experience.

It is the most inexpensive limo services out of all of the other competitors, but it truly puts a meaning behind the phrase "you get what you pay for."
The first time was for my moms bachelorette party and the second was for my 26th birthday party. We had the same driver both times.

Bravo Limo was on time for my wedding with the wrong limo. Getting a hold of management to resolve our issues was unbelievable and the conversations AFTER our wedding day is what led me to such a low review.
They yell, don't listen, won't give you management, and create inconsistent excuses.

I hired a stretch limo for a birthday party (paid $420 in advance), with a scheduled pick-up to get 13 people to a show in Ridgefield Park, NJ. The driver was 20 minutes late and we nearly missed the show. The service charges $120 an hour for making the driver wait ... but was unwilling to give the customer the same courtesy. I complained and got no satisfaction at all from the owner, not even a refund of the pre-determined TIP, which I would never have given to the driver.
I will not use this service again.
