We tried to sell our apartment in Hoboken three times. Brian sold it during the third try. Instead of rushing the process and put it on the market, Brian gave suggestions on how to improve the flow inside the apartment. We made some renovations accordingly and that attracted a lot of traffic. He also gave great suggestions in pricing. When multiple offers came in, he helped us selecting the strongest offer. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my relatives and friends.
