We sell equipment primarily to the food and beverage industry but our client base stretches across many industries throughout the southwest region. Placed at order with a parts rep for 40 freezer shelves who verified that these were sold in packs of 4. When I arrived for pick up they delivered 10 total shelves with the response of “yeah I guess that’s how they come.” Online pricing through other vendors for similar items at a fraction of the cost. Poor experience and limited urgency from those on site.
