Not professional at all. can't find out what is wrong with my dryer. first time the technician came, he was holding laptop, not even open my dryer to see. Then 15 minutes later, he said two parts has to be changed, cost $370... with labor. after paid and waiting for the parts 10 days, he came back, but he found out those parts is working, nothing wrong with them. But there are some other parts and cost more. This time is $500....Since first time 1/3/22 until today. I will report to Maytag also, I got this company number through Maytag website.

My Whirlpool fridge stopped cooling. Whirlpool said I had to use this company because it was under warranty. I called them after waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment someone finally showed up for two mins to say the condenser needs replaced. I told them that when I called. He said call and schedule another appointment. I did and then had to wait another four weeks!! He finally showed up and replaced it. I called an hour later and said something was wrong. Tech was very lazy and just didn’t seem to care. He said the washer was not drying the clothes properly or spinning right because the hose needed to be long stretched which is not not true as the hose is not in a bind, and didn’t event bother to move it the way it allegedly needed to be. This was the second appointment. The first appointment was 2 weeks prior from 12-6. Well they call me the same day of booking to let me know the morning appointment had cancelled and they could look at mine earlier. Since I had the morning off till noon I wasn’t home and told them that and I lost my appointment

Terriable service. Technician finally showed up on second attempt. The technician wont come by unless you answer the phone. He also blocks his number so it says unavailable. My phone doesnt take calls from unavailable. He came today and didnt do anything. He didnt look at anything except my dryer vent outside. Complete waste of time. I called back and the office staff is so rude. The Techninican left his drill. Of course he had time to come back to get it.

2 Dec 2021 follow up to 15 Nov 2021 regarding asi appliance and whirlpool

This is absolute madness. Please under no circumstances should anyone purchase from whirlpool going forward. You will be frustrated and it's not worth it. After weeks of calling and complaining whirlpool sent another person from asi to work on my refrigerator. The tech today left me a message (didn't speak with me) informing me the visit will be $125. When I asked why wasn't this told to me previously so that I could make a decision

Should’ve looked at the reviews before working with them but of course this is who Geek Squad warranty booked it with for our Whirlpool fridge.
Zero to rude customer service. We called them everyday and left messages after GeekSquad made an arrangement to change the appt date due to prior arrangements established. Never heard back from them. They called us the day before the appt with an automated system message about confirming the appt. I got a defective dryer moisture sensor, so my dryer kept running for 4 hours until I turned it off manually. The light still indicated that my clothes were still wet. Nah My clothes were overdry, my large size shirt turned to kid size.
Therefore, Maytag sent them to fix. A "certified" tech came. He is so rude and impolite.
After 20 mins talking on the phone, he said that my dryer is working as designed, and claimed that I did not know how to use the dryer. He "taught" me that I had to turn it off manually. Ok so what is the purpose of putting moisture sensor on

My first appointment started September 17, 2021. When the technician arrived he pulled up the wrong paperwork for my washing machine. He stated to me that my machine was too complicated. I just bought this thousand dollar washing machine from Home Depot July 20, 2021. The technician said a part needed to be ordered here we are today October 21, 2021 and I still have no washing machine. This machine is my 91 year old mothers. I'm a property manager and ASI warranty's 170 newly constructed units. We currently have 50+ pending service requests (many over 90 days old) that have been completely ignored by ASI. We've had workers show up multiple times and say they don't have parts. Why show up without any parts??? They've only fixed 4 issues since we opened January of 2021. What a joke!

Add me to the list of people ASI has delivered poor service with. In short, their communication is poor, can't trust dates they give you, and you the customer will be expected to work on their terms and their scheduling person will not attempt to be nice or accommodating. Was scheduled to have a part replaced, reworked our schedule around ensuring someone could be home that day, only to get a call that morning the technician had an emergency, but they'd come out the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I invited these folks to repair my single Whirlpool oven in the middle of May with shaking hands (based on their reviews), and only because they were only one in our area who was recommended by Whirlpool. After first visit they charged more than twice as much as different companies. OK. To fix it we need parts. 4 months later, after numerous phone calls, and promises that parts will arrive then, and then, talked to supervisor Julie, and discovered that: 1. Lack of compassion for customers, no concern. Our KitchenAid/Whirlpool refrigerator went out 4 months ago and they still have not fixed it. They send a tech out who looks at the fridge for 5 minutes, scratches his head and replaces one part at a time. After they make a repair, you have 24 hours to see if it works... they have been out 4 times to my house to troubleshoot. Every time they order a new part, it's inevitably on back order, it comes in and it doesn't solve the problem... rinse and repeat. Service rep Rochelle mocks deaf and hard of hearing customers. Reps no show for appointments, then lie to Whirlpool. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy.
As you can tell from similar bad reviews, this is the standard with this company. The owner would have you believe that a tech shows up to your home but if you don’t answer a call (that I had never been instructed to expect, despite being instructed to wait at home between 8am and 5pm, instructed to call and cancel if needed) that said tech will just leave rather than knock on the door. Sounds absolutely legit, right?

They lied about my refrigerator to Whirlpool to void warranty..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ALLOW WHIRLPOOL TO SEND THEM THEIR ARE OTHERS. The other company fixed the problem in minutes brought thr relay switch which I already knew was the problem ..took their own fotos to prove the lites they told to whirlpool.
Do not allow a tech Derrick inside your home ..hes rude ..doesn't do his job, and makes excuses to why he doesn't have to.
I demand from this company DAWN AND VANESSA also to whirlpool NOT TO SEND HIM BACK THEY DID ANYWAY.

A piece broke off of the upper rack of my KitchenAid dishwasher that is less than 5 years old. I read the warranty thoroughly, and determined that racks were one of the items covered under the 5-year warranty. So I went to the website of the store where I purchased the dishwasher and hunted for who to contact regarding a repair.

These guys are the worst.... My dryer was leaking water and the moister was building around the control of the dryer. I brought a brand new built home and they are stating that the venting is filled with lent. My builder went on my roof and checked and no lent in the vent to the outside. I will never use this company again. Really wish you can't even give 1 star.......

ASI was recommended as authorized repair for our KitchenAid refrigerator when it stopped cooling. Service call went ok,and service guy seemed to know what he was doing. Said we needed to replace a fan panel and that it had to be ordered. Turns out ASI can only buy parts from a single supplier. After two months of being told that the part was on back order due to COVID related delays. Ok, fair enough. So, I went online and had the part ordered and at my house THE NEXT DAY from another supplier.

Stay away from this company if possible. If you have to use them because of the manufacturer, document their visit as detailed as possible.

We called them to fix a dryer that stops mid-cycle. The tech showed up and wanted to solve a long-cycle problem instead. He admitted his electrical test did not confirm functionality of the moisture sensor and that stopping mid-cycle is not related to running a long-cycle. He refused to open the maintenance panel to even check the sensor.

The report shows our reported problem was stopping mid-cycle. In the report, the tech writes the moisture sensor was working
