The ladies who work here are so incredibly nice. my friend and i were shopping downtown for secret santa gifts and we walked in just to look around. they were so nice and helped us find our friends something, giving us different ideas and making sure we could find something even if it didn’t come from their store. they were closing in 4 minutes and still took the time to make sure i got my gift.

Tracy Awards did an excellent job with applying an engraving to an item that I requested. It was done in the time that I was told, and excellent customer service was given to me. I'll definitely be coming back as a returning customer.

Rude and won't accommodate anyone. I read all the bad reviews yet still I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. What a waste of time.

Gave one star because no stars was not an option. Do not go here. I was told my Letterman jacket would be finished in 2 weeks turned into a 2 month ordeal. Paid over $300 for embroidery and patches. When I finally got the jacket the name was not done as ordered and the patches were sewn on in the wrong place. I requested that the owner call me. It's been over a month and no response. My biggest regret is paying for the work before it was completed. Do not go here you will only be frustrated.

Avoid. They are unorganized. It will take you 2x as long as they tell you. They will have one excuse after another as to why you don't have it on time. You will call and ask if it's done because they will never call you. Once they finally tell you it's finished you will go pick it up only to find out it's not finished. They didn't do something they agreed to do on day one. They can not help design anything at all so if you can't figure out how to fix a picture they can't either, go somewhere that can. Okay so here comes the end of the story. Last Thursday I had to call them once again. They told me the Jacket would be ready today.... Which it was... However, I was told that I did not pay for the numbers that I had asked to be put on the Jacket from the onset. So, I asked that the owner to call me. David (owner) calls me and says the numbers were at a cost of $75 but for having to wait so long he was going to discount it to $50. WOW what a deal... He and I spoke and he said he had read my posting and did not appreciate that I included another business. I told him that if there was any false

I had such an issue creating my lettermen's jacket. I came in September and ordered it they got it in October. I delivered my patches mid October and continued to design the back through emails. When we first met to discuss it I showed pictures thinking they would take them and clean them up to then be put on my back. They did not and tried to charge me extra for their assumptions. It took from October to February to design a back. I finally gave up getting the images on it going for a simple design. The first meeting with them I specifically said I wanted jewels lining my last name they assumed

Let’s just say that I’ve gone over there about three or four times and they haven’t been open. How do you expect to get something done if it’s never open????

Awful awful awful don't waste your time. I would say don't waste your money but the price isn't the problem. It is the lack of customer service. They make promises and then don't follow through with them. So so sad. I have had letter men work here in the past and it was A+ NOW it is just sad.

Worst customer service ever. Wanted to add some stitching to my daughters varsity jacket and they held it for a month and did nothing!! Emailed them multiple times and their responses came a week later and still didn't get the job done. They are way incompetant!! Never again will I ever go there!! Stay away from this place unless you love to be ignored and enjoy terrible customer service. I hope they go out of business!!! #TracyAwardsAndEmbroideringSucks

I was told that my jacket would be ready by July 26th. It is now Sept 14th and it's still not done. I was supposed to have it in time for my senior portraits. To add insult to injury, I received a voice message on Aug 29th, stating that jacket was ready for pick up. However when I arrived, I was once again told that my jacket was not ready. The customer service is terrible. To date, I still do not know when my jacket will be ready. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They obviously do not care about their customers.

When ordering your letterman jacket here go over the order carefully . Awaiting a call back from them regarding resolution will update UPDATE. Still waiting for Call from manager or owner for explanation. Employee ,I had to call back ,Said she placed the correct order as of today and I should get jacket next week (with a 2-6 week turn around so far. we will see the truth) also have not heard the guarantee it will be in from anyone with authority . Will update again.. I did get a chance to speak with manager , Cambria and was she did find the error and quickly corrected the issue. I do commend

Went in for Trophies that were being donated by our team to a charity fundraiser and not only did they fast track it for us, they discounted them purely from the goodness of their hearts when they found out what they were for. Needless to say they have made a customer for life! A lot more than just me I'm sure a I spread the word.

Let me start by saying Tracy Awards & Embroidery is AWESOME! I went there to get a quote for a plate for my flag display case. I was greeted by a very friendly staff member name Beth. I explained what I was interested in and she new exactly what I was talking about. It just so happened to be that Cambria was there (She does the plates) and she came out to assist me. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. I wrote down what I wanted on the plate and they emailed me the proof for my approval before starting the project. Just picked up my graduation stole that i wanted to embroider. Upon looking at the piece after getting home, I realized the stitching didn't look as good as i thought. One stitch was coming out and I had to cut very softly so the stitches won't come undone. The back looks very frail, as if it could get snagged on anything and the entire stitching is going to get ruined. I will be putting a piece of tape on the back to make sure this isn't happening.

Amazing work. I had an idea for a custom gift for a friend's baby shower but I wasn't sure how I was going to execute it. They were my first stop and they knew exactly what to do. The gift was for one of my husbands best friends unborn daughter. They are huge golfers so I really wanted to create a custom "daddy's little caddy" outfit. It was absolutely adorable and came out so much cuter than I imagined. It looked like a little miniature LPGA outfit. I wish I would have taken a picture of it to show just how cute it was. Will definitely do business with them again

They made me a BEAUTIFUL football jersey type shirt to wear to my grandson's football games. It was made EXACTLY as I requested, was ready early, looked GREAT and has lasted through several seasons. The price was VERY reasonable. I also purchased a beautiful blue blanket with the Kimball High School logo on it. It's very warm and comfy when it's chilly at the games. Will use them whenever I need their types of services. Customer service was great too. Very nice people!!

This place is the absolute worst business inTracy. It's has been five months trying to get a letterman jacket done. Owner keeps making excuses On why it has not been done. The only reason we used this place because we won a discount at a fundraiser.

I am very disappointed, I went in two days ago and was told they would be back to me the same day with a quote for my work that needed to be done. Well, we are two days past no phone calls no emails and when I just called to remind them no one has a clue. They must be making a lot of money to throw other business away! They wont see any of my business!

Absolutly NOT! Sent Paul $250 worth of shirts to embroider and over 10 months later and a thousand excuses he still has my shirts. Unbelievable!

We dropped off my daughter's letterman jacket in November and it wasn't ready until April! I would never go here again! They had one excuse after another and my daughter didn't get to wear her jacket for any sporting events this school year!

Called and spoke to owner the middle October and asked how long it would take to "decorate" my daughter's letterman's jacket. I was told two weeks. Took jacket in the beginning of November. Told two to three weeks. Four weeks later, no jacket. Emailed and called and left messages...no return email or calls. Finally someone answers and says they will have it ready in two weeks. Call after three weeks, because of the holidays and then was told I would have a proof to approve by Monday. Wait until the following Thursday and call and am told it will be another two to three

A few years now I have been using Tracy Awards and Embroidery for gifts, blankets and all of my kid's stuff. Went there two weeks ago and the employee told me there is new owner now and the price has gone up by a few dollars. So I said, "no problem" got my written quote and left. Boy was I in for a surprise! Because when I returned to pick up on the due date as promised the new guy could not find my stuff in the shelves because it was not even started!!!! Then they told me they had emailed me, so he checked the computer and realized they mistype my email address, seriously?? You

They lost my business today and any future business I may have thought about giving them. We took something in to get embroidered on a Thursday and the kid behind the counter was new and didn't know if they could embroider it. He said he would call us back Friday. Nobody called me Friday so I called about 6pm and they STILL didn't have an answer for me. I called back Saturday and left a message that I wanted to pick up the bag and take it somewhere else. Saturday evening I received a voicemail informing us they could embroider the bag. We went down there Monday to pick out our font

So much for trying to stay local and helping the little guy. I wish I could give negative stars.

Long story short. Our company took hats to them to have a logo silk screened. They said they could do the job, but on picking up the product it was evident that they did not silk screen but used an iron on logo. When they were called out they flat out lied and said they never intended to silk screen and that we knew that. Tracy Awards wouldn't share the cost of their wrong doing or the destroyed hats..instead threatened to take our company to collections

They typically don't work over the weekend but the owner opened shop and met with me this saturday to discuss my business needs for a plaque that I needed made.

Debbie was very helpful and made great recommendations and suggestions.

The had the plaque ready that afternoon!
