I've been a customer of Jill's for over 20 years. She's friendly, responsive, genuinely cares for her customers and as I like to joke with her, she "makes insurance fun!". I have all of our family policies (car, house, umbrella, rental, term, etc) thru here and have had great outcomes when needing to file a claim. Jill went out of her way to personally deal with a auto-theft we suffered recently (not her job) to ensure it got resolved. She's a great person and has a very friendly team, highly recommend.

I had been wanting to consolidate all of our policies to one insurance company and Nyssa helped us do so (for our personal home, umbrella, auto, and a rental property in a different state). I signed up with this State Farm office a year and a half ago. I’ve mostly worked with Nyssa, she has been very responsive and thorough with all of my questions as a first time car and renter insurance buyer. I met Jill Cash over 15 years ago and I loved her attention and care.
