Pros: The place appears updated and mostly clean (save for a used nail tip we found in the bathroom), and there was plenty of space.
The furniture (end tables, dining table, and dressers) is durable and appears to be well-made. There were areas where the carpet has been (haphazardly) replaced. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and responsive. Parking was available and close enough to our unit. There were plenty of kitchen utensils (cups, plates, bowls, etc) and they supplied plenty of towels for our use. And the location to SDC is very close.
Cons: The front door does not have a deadbolt

If I could give it Zero stars I would. If you can find a condo NOT rented through Table Rock Resorts, do it. My parents own a condo there, and we went up for thanksgiving and rented a condo near theirs through TRR. 2.5 weeks after our stay, we received a voicemail from the resort saying they were sending us to collections for damage to the condo. We left this condo better than when we got it... and not only that but we found out the "cleaner" that claims we damaged the door of the owners closet is related to one of the employees of the resort, and the owners family member who was the

Pictures are VERY DECEIVING. Our lakefront stay ended up with a balcony facing a construction site with banging until almost 7 30 pm after a 7 hour drive thinking I would be sitting by the water in our backyard ... Instead, I see scraps of materials everywhere , very little instructions or info when arriving due to person at front office talking so fast because they wanted to get off of work in a hurry, only one key card working, was told not to drive down one road to get to the pool or we would get a flat tire!!, And can't see water AT ALL from our room what do ever!. DO NOT STAY HERE especially

The large family cabin (three bedroom) was not as pictured on the website. The amenities listed for the cabin we rented didn’t match up with what was actually there. There was no washer dryer as advertised, and no dishwasher. The bedrooms and bathrooms were reminiscent of a bad hotel from the 1980s. Our cabin AC was poor, multiple light bulbs were out, wasp nests were on the patio, and the bedrooms were lack luster. My wife spent half of our first day there calling the front office and waiting for the maintenance department. While the area is beautiful, and the lake was very enjoyable, I do not

Not anywhere close to the pictures online. Booked a 1-br waterfront lodge thinking I was getting something similar to the nice updated pictures on their website. Not even close. The website has no pics of the lodge (for good reason) and definitely puts their best foot forward. The countertops are laminate, the cabinets are old oak and the microwave sits on a nightstand on the other side of the stove with all the heating elements unplugged and not seated properly on the range. The bathroom is pretty disappointing as well. Drop in tub, outdated tile floor, old oak vanity...

Musty and Dusty! We were super excited to stay at a “nice” place. From afar things look great but all the ceiling fans were super dusty. The cherry on top was the pair of dirty panties we found behind one the couches. Super disappointing, especially since management never got back to us about it. :/

The 4th of july, be careful of docking at the dock local drunks will pull inner tubes around creating big waves all day. If you have your boat tied up here the waves will rip your cleats out.
Our cabin was full of wasps, rat poisen in the silverware drawer, and bring your favorite air freshener they smell moldy inside.
If your looking for a place to drink and party, f#k It. Might as well tear this place up. No one seams to care anymore here anyways.

Between the air conditioning, the dishwasher, and the washer/dryer, staying here was like going to a rock concert, and we won't be able to hear until Wednesday.
Overall, this location was worse than mediocre. No wifi. Semi-dangerous stairwells to access bottom and top level rooms from ground level- doors open into stairwell and could easily send an unsuspecting person flying. Dishes were dirty; there was legitimate dried/old food on plates and glasses. The "two queen beds" were pushed together with one giant sheet/bedspread set, so we were left with one giant bed instead of two

Do not be fooled by the pictures online or in their advertisements. This place looks nothing like that. They asked for 2 days in advance, think it's because people would run away once they see what it really looks like. I think 30 years ago it was probably nice.. But years of neglect has turned it into a dump. Will never return!

We stayed here as a family for five nights. We had two campers in the campground and rented a cabin. The campsites were alright. Nothing really special. There were BBQ pits at each site, but they were old and dirty. There were also picnic tables, but again, old and dirty. They are in close proximity to the cabins which was great. We used the pool and kiddie pool. Both were excellent and the kids had a great time. The cabins are about 125 yds from the lake. The AC was great as it was record highs. We had two large holes next to the door in the front of our cabins which the squirrels had

I've stayed at various Indian Point locations over the course of many-a year (if you say 'many-a' it means you're folksy).
We used to stay at Indian Point resorts when I was a child and I've always found them to be fantastic locations. They're perfect for retiring at the end of a long day Branson-ing. The air-conditioning is top-notch. The kind that makes you shiver to sleep and wake up with your shorts stuck to your thighs with frozen pee. They even have that weird 'super-air-conditioning' smell that you get on vacay. That's right, I just abbreviated
