Dr. Irvin has been practicing Optometry since 2002. He and his wife Mindy have three children: Jessie, Benner and Gabrielle. Dr. Irvin grew up in southern Indiana and earned his Bachelors (1998) and Doctorate (2002) degrees from Indiana University. After graduation he moved to Evansville, purchased an established practice from a retiring doctor and began his career.

The second I walked in and saw scripture on the wall, I knew I'd made the right choice for an eye doctor. Dr. Hannah Powers did an awesome job, and all of the receptionists were extremely outgoing, very caring, and considerate of my situation. They went above and beyond the call of duty for me, listening to everything I told them regarding my vision history, and Dr. Powers explained everything about my eyes in a way I could understand, and she helped relieve my concerns regarding my vision. Honestly, I drove 40 minutes one way to my appointment, but it was well worth every bit of that and more
