Moose's Low Smoked Pork tops a large helping of tortilla chips covered with Mild Salsa and Cheddar Cheese. A Full Rack of Pork Ribs smothered in Moose's Competition Rubs and slow cooked for 6 hours. These can be served with or without Moose's BBQ Sauce. A BBQ delight both ways! Moose's Barbecue brings the food, the BBQ Show and the mouth watering aroma to your event.
