Harmful dishonest business that left me with a severe hypertrophic burn scar after their laser treatment. After switching clinics I learned they did literally everything wrong. They took absolutely no accountability whatsoever. Now they removed one of my reviews trying to warn people. I wish they invested as much in capable staff vs taking down honest reviews. Please save your body from this nightmare of a "clinic".

Horrible customer service!!! My appointment keeps getting rescheduled months out and The day before the appointment they call to reschedule again!! The amount you pay for these procedures you're better off going somewhere else. Your appointment will just get canceled and rescheduled 1 day prior to your appointment! I'm very disappointed. Don't ask to speak to a manager because they don't have one!

I first came to this clinic for femilift and Venus legacy in 2020; unfortunately, the treatment got interrupted because of the “Covid-19 “. However, when I call the clinic this year, they restarted a new round of femilift for free since I only did twice when the treatment was three times.
On the Venus Legacy, I still had three more segments, and they honored that.
Needless to say, I am grateful for their services. Dr. Ortega (femilift) is very professional and graceful; she answered all my questions. Isabella, Venus Legacy technician, is kind, professional and customer service oriented.

Ortega is just AWESOME! You cannot find a better place to receive this incredible treatment... already seeing the benefits and excited because of the second treatment... very knowledgeable and incredibly good with customers who are not sure about the treatment... she helps explain everything really well and makes it understandable so you trust her for all the right reasons... but more importantly... I was very dissatisfied with my NECK procedure in 2019. Nuvell kindly re-did the procedure. After those additional 6 appointments I still had bad results. In fact, my neck looked worse than when I started there. After many calls and discussions I went to Nuvell with my daughter for an mtg w,/ Mgmt.
It appeared to me and my daughter that there would be a reimbursement. But, it was just a pep talk and nothing came out of that meeting. So, I am older looking and out $2,500.

Nuvell Clinic is a BIG disappointment. They did 6 treatments on my neck to tighten skin. It did NOT work so they offered 6 more treatments at no cost. I went through it again and, of course, there was absolutely no change for the good ... in fact my neck looked worse than before I came in. They do take a lot of pictures and one can SEE that the neck procedure did NOT work.
It seemed they agreed it was not a good outcome, but in the end they would offer ZERO REFUND.

This is one of the most professional and caring staff I've ever seen. They have staff that has done certain procedures more than anyone else in Arizona, and they also have the newest and latest equipment. The combination of experienced staff and the newest equipment gets the greatest results. I would highly recommend Nuvell Clinics to anyone.

I have mixed feelings as I really wanted to be happy and love my results, however, I don't. I spent a ton of money here and was very clear about my primary concerns and goals for going forward. I was assured the treatment would be a great option for me. I was hesitant but I trusted and took their advice. After a year, I have experienced zero benefit or results from the procedure and I feel like I just wasted all that money (I cannot tell you how much sleep I've lost over this - how I would love to have my money back and not worry about how much I wasted on this clinic's treatment

Unfortunately every time I think about how I was treated here it makes me ill. This clinic promised me wonderful results and I borrowed from my retirement to do something for myself. They lied to me about the package I would be receiving when they took my $2400. Then they let the clinician go that was to treat me. Then the next clinitian left. They bounced me around. Then called me telling me I had utilized all my treatments which I had not and wanted more money. I had to call them back and they said they were wrong and they were sorry. At this point I was so upset I could not bring myself to go

Vijay-jay Queen! Cheryl is great! She makes you feel comfortable! She did the vag Rejuvenation & the O-shot. I'm glad I did it! Even tho it wasn't the most comfortable procedure it really works!! The office is clean! The only negative is there is never anyone at the front desk and they have glitches in their scheduling. I'd go to Cheryl again because she knows what she's doing!!!

My experience from the very start was professional and caring. I saw this Clinic on Sonoran Living and took advantage of their special. They made me feel at ease and walked me through the process. I explained I had a similar treatment with another clinic but this was by far a much better outcome. I'm looking forward to two more treatments and then to see how it goes after my last treatment, I will add more comments after I'm done. .

I learned about Nuvell Clinic in Scottsdale from a Sonora Living segment I had seen a few months ago. The program was interviewing Cheryl Schaaf,NP and Medical Director of this clinic. We had a few phone calls back and forth, getting my questions answered, no matter how trivial or silly I felt for asking some of them. Everyone at the clinic made me feel that I was important and wanted to help me however they could, including Nicole and Andrea. From my 1st appointment, they are just as friendly as before. The waiting room was clean and inviting. i was greeted immediately and offered water or coffee while I filled out forms. All of the staff was knowledgable and easy to talk to. I decided to do the FemiLift procedure in hopes that it will help with urinary incontinence. The procedure requires 3 visits, and this was my first, so I'll have to report back about how effective it is. I'm 59 years old, and still sexually active, so vaginal tightening will be an added bonus for me - again, news to come. The only thing that was "off" is that there isn't signage in the hallway identifying
