Services
Our service center covers 5,400 square feet, with a six bay service facility. We have all the necessary tools, diagnostic equipment to ensure proper engine repair. Our experienced service manager leads our service department to ensure customer satisfaction. Finally, we offer our customers pickup and delivery service to include on lake service on both Lake Bob Sandlin and Cypress Springs.

I took my 1985 Evinrude to them. I was told over the phone it would be 1-2 and a half weeks. It turned into ‘months’ and I couldn’t get the mechanic to call me back. I was even told a MASSIVE lie. They told me that my carburetor wasn’t stock and they needed to find a way to rebuild it to make it work on my motor. FUNNY... I’ve owned that motor it’s entire life, the carb is the original. So, I pick up the motor after it can’t be fixed my them. They tell me they spent hours and hours trying to fix it.... I left a carburetor kit, they didn’t rebuild the carb. Didn’t replace any fuel

Had a outboard motor and carbs rebuilt here. After receiving the wrong part twice they finally finished and I got my boat back after two months of waiting. After two seasons, one day the motor started running bad. Hard to start and ran rough. Come to find out that the fuel lines were secured to the carbs using zip ties which stretched and allowed one of the fuel lines to pop off. Had to order new scissors clips to replace the ones that I assume were lost during the rebuild.

Awesome people and excellent customer service, Steve always went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was ready when I got there for a smooth transaction. We come I. Here from time to time.. typically to look at some of their boats (Pontoons). My husband also discusses other interest regarding his boat with their sales team which they are always pleasant and more than helpful. They also have fishing supplies in case you need some items before heading to the near by lake.
