I can NOT recommend this company. When I called to schedule an estimate, I advised the sweet and helpful scheduler that since I work from home I would prefer an appointment after I get off work, which is at 3:30pm. She said that typically "he" has left for the day, but she would make a note of it. The day of the appointment came and at 8am I get the first call, and then at 930 I get a 2nd call from "Eric". It has to go to voice-mail, since I'm at work, and so I call him back. He let's me know he's ready to come out and do the estimate. I reiterate, I'm at work and we were wanting to have him come

Last year in October I called water works to address some issues with my sprinklers. The technician came out and adjusted some sprinklers and replaced a couple. He was cordial and very professional. Two weeks ago I called them again and I had a very different experience. The née technician replaced about 6 or 7 sprinklers. To my knowledge, only 2 of them weren’t working. He left muddy sprinklers in the driveway and set my sprinklers to run once a week. The sprinklers in my flower bed weren’t running at all and sprinklers in part of my front yard weren’t running either. I don’t know what

I had Waterworks install a sprinkler system and I must say they did a FANTASTIC JOB!!!!. They arrived on time at 7 am. The crew immediately went to work and in the month of August the heat was devasting. It however did not slow the crew down and I never saw any of them just standing around. I jave never seen such healthy work skills, and great job performance by any other company. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company for your sprinkler system. We have been working with Eric for the past nine years for all of our sprinkler needs. His team has always provided great service. If something wasn't right, Eric has been there to correct any concerns. They have been great in progressively adding to our existing system as we are adding grass on our 5 acres. Eric and Water Works was recommended by the builder for a new construction project. They were paid to install a drainage system and sprinkler. In both cases, paid another company to correct/finish the work Eric started. Do not recommend. There are better contractors for this type of work in the area.

We recently had Water Works install an irrigation system at our home. Working with their administration to get an estimate, funding and have utilities locate done was very easy. The installers were courteous and very professional. We had a couple questions after installation was complete. The owner came to our house, answered our questions and gave us a quick lesson on checking/adjusting sprinklers. The price was reasonable. Installation was fast and the guys know their stuff. Water Works was a referral from another company that did pavers around my pool. The price was right but that should always be a red flag. The company had to come out FIVE times over the course of 6 weeks in order to fix the irrigation system that they put in for me in preparation for new sod that would be installed. How hard is it to get it right the first time? The owner, Eric, came out to get the job and then a second time to put down flags where heads and bubblers would go but then I never saw him again.
