I should have done more research to see that there were numerous people with the same dissatisfaction as myself. Let me say that my salesman outright lied to us. The Regional Sales Manager pretty much lied as well. It’s been 6 months and I still don’t have a window nor do I have my deposit refund, ( we canceled our order after 6 months of being lied to)
I’ve now contacted my lawyer.
Really window world, if you don’t believe in providing any kind of custom service, really just close your doors. Do us All a favor!

Window world did a great job – very responsive, excellent service. A really great value. The new windows look great and are working great. The crew was fast and did the job well. They replaced over 13 windows in a day! I’m very happy with the look of the windows and their performance. Are used to have a lot of drafts – those drafts are gone the windows look good from the inside and the outside. If you know anything about installing windows then don't use this company. You could install them yourselves just as well. They cut corners and don't finish the job properly. Angel runs the Winchester location and his customer service is horrible. The company will dodge your calls when you have issues and will lie about their liability for the problems. I am currently starting legal proceedings against this company. Stay away from them.
