Sailing To Your Success is a unique program, led by Michael Kaye, an avid sailor, consultant, entrepreneur, Licensed United States Coast Guard Master Captain and American Sailing Association Certified Instructor. This is a unique program where participants go on a sailing vessel or motor yacht, vessel size and type is match to the groups size and custom program for the client.
Michael Kaye is a Licensed, United States Coast Guard Master Captain of power vessels, sailing vessels and towing vessels. Capacity up to 100 Gross Registered Ton vessels upon Near Coastal Waters. Michael is also a Certified Instructor with the American Sailing Association. He has over 20 years of experience with a commitment to excellence in safety, vessel operations and seamanship.

I was lucky enough to participate in Michael's “Sailing to Your Success” Program. Michael was both a wonderful captain and an insightful host. If you are looking for a team-building exercise - one that puts you and your team in a different environment, where you all have to assume new and unfamiliar roles, I would definitely suggest you reach out to Michael. We found the program to be highly productive in output, as well as a memorable experience.
