First place I planted myself when I bought my Airstream. Chose this place because it was close to family for the holidays, and I needed to move into my new rig! This place was perfect. It's right amongst the truck stops, but it's quiet, convenient, people there are really friendly. I felt safe. There is a garbage service where you can just place your garbage on the edge of your site and they bring it to the dumpster, have convenience was nice. 1 month stay, and will absolutely go back when I visiting family in Stockton.

Rather odd to have portable heaters in the bathrooms instead of an adequate HVAC system. Don't expect much more than a parking space here. A neighbor's towed car had a dead battery. When he asked the office if they could help, the downright mean-spirited response he received, from the manager no less, was "We don't do that here; take it back to where you were yesterday if they do it there". To speak to any human being like that, let alone a customer, is unconscionable, unprofessional, and callous. A kind, business-like response would have been a sincere smile and

Excellent place to stay. Close to Sacramento, and Bay Area, and Delta. Surrounded by vineyards. Most campground stores sell beer and cheap wine coolers there store has fine wine, and gourmet olive oil. Love it. Clean facilities, and grounds, staff is outstanding. Plenty big pull thru’s, lots of room for slides, level sites, and free cable. WiFi is so so. We have a 40 ft motorhome with tow. We will be back. Only negative is the homeless camped out by truck stop. But if your in California they are everywhere. Staff at campground keeps them out of campground and it’s safe.

Nice park but as others have mentioned your reserved spot means nothing. Had a spot reserved with a site # assigned requesting a spot on the east side because of noise from adjacent street. We would be there 1 week as I was recovering from surgery. We arrived and they said could not have the site that we were assigned. Got moved to you guessed it to one of the sites right next to the adjacent road. Daytime noise wasn't the problem. It was night time noise truckers use the road on the Southside of the park to park all night while they sleep with their refrigerated trailers running all night long

Great stop in Lodi, stayed at Flag City several years ago and they have improved the RV park. Reasonable rates, less than Cal Expo. which was $50.00 per night. Quiet and clean, staff are nice and professional. Bathrooms super clean and laundry only $1.25 wash and $1.00 dry. Would definitely recommend. Visited quaint old town Lodi. Lots of wineries.

This is our second time staying at this park and once again it is a very clean park. Even with I-5 right there, it wasn't that noisy at all. We have a 31 foot trailer and truck and we stayed in site E21 and had plenty of room. This park has the best restroom and showers as any park I have ever been at. This is a great park to stay over night if traveling to Oregon. We stayed a couple of nights and even drove up to Placerville to look around one day. Last time the temps were 112, this time it was in the low 90's and much more enjoyable. I wish they had grass or something at their

Great park and location. The staff is terrific, accommodating and friendly and the park is exceptionally clean. I would have given it 5 stars, but the convenient location, right off of I5, Loves, Flying J, Starbucks and several good options right next to the park make for lots of truck and road noise. Solution earplugs! There is a huge dog "park" area, pool and hot tub. We will be back next time we are in the area!!!!

Actually a 4.5 stars. The park itself is a 5 star but it’s location gets a slight ding. The park sits right at an exit with lots of truck stops. Truck park around the area at night leaving their engine running. It didn’t bother us a lot, but Flag City is not a real resort or destination. With that said, the park is well laid out. Great paved spots. Spot on electric and water pressure. The city is Lodi is also very nice. We visited 2 wine tasting options. We will stay here again if passing through.

We have stayed here three times so far and will be staying over the 4th of July weekend coming up soon to get away from fireworks. This RV park is clean, has nice paved roads, a huge grassy field to take the pups, and long spots to pull through. We go here more for the simple layout and clean environment more than the location. There is not much space to the side of the RV with the picnic table there and rocks instead of grass so we like to set up our chairs and dog pen in front of the RV. The ground is flat for bike riding and the bathrooms have always been clean. At only about 30 min away from

We are about to arrive at Flag City for our tenth stay. We have never had any sort of a problem here--friendly and helpful staff, beautifully clean grounds, a fenced pet area and easy accessibility to the Highway leading to stores, restaurants and wineries. I can't imagine why there are a few negative reviews.

This resort is PERFECT for someone who is on the road and needs a quick place to park with amenities. It's FLAT, clean and in close proximity to a LOT of restaurants and wineries! The staff are so kind and will literally help find a solution to any problem you might have. I'm still giving 5 stars because the staff and owners do NOT have any control over the bugs that make their way up the sewer drains. The cockroach pictured make himself known immediately after we hooked up the sweet line. I lived in TX for 4 years and completely understand these things come out and search for water.

How very disappointed I became with Flag City... They were my favorite place to go when we are in the area but this last visit.... HORRIBLE!!! The office staff (check in office) are not only condescending and rude they make physical threats when called out for their behavior. I find this especially tacky given the age of 2 of the "ladies" in the office. Definitely old enough to be considered "my elders"

We asked for a space close to the pool for our two young grandsons. Much to our surprise we were placed in a spot as far away from the pool as you can get. Not very accommodating. I also feel that this RV park is a little high priced for what they offer. The Wi-Fi does not work, but that may also have something to do with our location in the park. There is no grass or landscaping. The pool is nice, the hot tub prohibits children and I didn't notice a fitness center. I ventured into the small store earlier and was not acknowledged by the person working the front desk. Not very good customer

We had to stay at short notice because they were burning our grape piles on our land.
We were given a end spot #14.
This place is very quiet and clean.
It's very large and has room for the largest of rigs.
Full hookups are provided along with a picnic table.
The delta winds are pretty strong so watch your awning.
They have trees in mostly every site . This rv park is great if you need a place to stay for a couple of days. It's safe and centrally located. The staff was very friendly and they have night staff driving around to monitor everything. Laundry is a prepaid card that they give

Stayed 2 nights recently. Resort might be pushing what this very clean Rv stop is however I still will give it 4 stars. Why?
1. It has lvl paved RV PADS! This alone ups the stars in my book so many places are gravel uneven pads that can be a nightmare to lvl your rig.
2. Its is very clean! They have crew going around doing various cleaning/maintenance early in the mornings and evenings always seems to be cleaning up. Restrooms, pool area, park area all extremely clean.
3. It's easy access. Right off I-5 gas stations near by and Stockton & Lodi minutes away
4. Staff is friendly
