After studying nutrition at Arizona State University and preparing to enter the pharmaceutical field, Heather was involved in a car accident that left her with pain. At the advice of her MD, a few relaxing and painless acupuncture treatments quickly resolved her pain. She then continued the treatments to manage chronic endometriosis.
Acupuncture and some nutritional changes proved to be very effective and allowed her to avoid medications. That experience taught her that pain is not something to be ignored and masked, but should be explored and treated at the source. After all, it is our body's "check engine light!" I’ve been receiving treatment from Heather for over a year now. I started seeing her when my acid reflux was flaring up and she helped me get off the PPIs and through acupuncture and supplements it is now under control. I can not say enough wonderful things. The staff is kind and accommodating. The treatment is exceptional. I have suffered with migraines for years and have tried different treatments, medications and more doctors than I can count in 8 weeks I have gone from around 10 migraines per month to just four the last two months. Amazing! I will definitely keep coming here!

I sought out acupuncture because of some health issues I was experiencing and had heard about it's positive effects. I felt relief after my first session and have continued feeling positive benefits going forward and (plus positive lab results at the same time).
