Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
I called over 2 weeks ago and gave the gentlemen the details over the phone to replace 3 windows in our condo . He said I would have an estimate within 48 hrs. I called everyday up until Friday ( 17 days) and was promised it would be there tomorrow , still have never received . DONE !!

Atlantic Glass gets one star for Jim, who works at the store counter and is wonderful. Other than that, Atlantic Glass gets zero stars because their after-installation service is zero. My sister and I waited for several months to get some trim repaired on the glass porch they installed and agreed to fix. THEY NEVER FIXED IT, even after multiple promises to do so. We requested return calls from the owner/son and made visits to their store/shop, etc. etc. etc. We were very patient but continued to get multiple excuses why the repair person could not come after promising to fix the trim. Apparently

Excelent work. I recommend them to anyone . They cut glass that I brought in and its exactly what I asked for. I also ordered four glass panels for my new cabinet doors. We wanted beveled glass and that's what we got. they look Awsome. I didn't expect them to install the glass into the doors for me but they did.

Absolutely the best glass company in Brevard! They've done the glass on many of my family and friend's homes. They also helped me out when I had a lawn company by replacing a window broken by a projectile thrown by my commercial mower. They are owned by an amazing family that love people and the Space Coast.
