Wow! Vicki (hoping I spelled that right) was amazing. I came into the store stressed and wondering if I could pull this remodel off without paying a designer $$$$. Had to return some tile and the guy at the counter said, There’s going to be a 35% restocking fee. I said, at the bottom of my receipt is says, 30% , oh ok. No big deal, I new there was a restocking fee of 30%. Then the guy says, your going to have to pay for shipping. I said, how much is that? He turns to the lady and she says, I think around $55.. I said to the guy, where does it say on my receipt that I have to pay for return shipping? The lady points to the bottom of the receipt and said, it’s a special order. I said, there’s nothing there that says I have to pay for returning shipping
