Muffler City Auto Repair opened its doors as a local family owned and operated business in 1995. Our shop has been at the same Mandarin location for 25 years! Muffler City has become known by its customers as the most honest auto repair shop in town. Much of this is attributed to its owner, Ron Evans.
Ron has 35 years of experience in automotive. He has formal training as a welder certified in ARC, MIG and TIG welding. Ron started in a full service, high volume auto repair business in his native Alaska, and was managing at 19. He also holds Master Welding Licenses as well as ASE Certification, master mechanic.

Do not go here!! Had my muffler replaced and within a few weeks it was rattling, let alone the fact it was welded on crooked. Also they charged me $180 for a simple job. Go to Smittys welding in Middleburg. Had the same job done at Smittys and they did perfect, as well as very fast was out of there in 10 mins, and they only charged me $50!

I recently acquired a 1993 Jeep Wrangler. It's lots of fun, but the exhaust fumes were a bit strong when we drove it with the top off. I asked a friend that's in the repair biz what he could do, he said "take it to muffler city on sunbeam, they are simply the best".
He was right. From making the appointment to payment to delivery it was super easy. They installed a much cheaper alternative than a cat converter, and it's great! I inspected their weld work, and it was excellent.
As an aside, I had a slightly bent rear frame, and a bumper that needed to be installed and it was also bent. I asked

The best automotive maintenance shop in Jacksonville Florida! They took my classic 1994 Chevrolet Corvette and made it sound so aggressive that I can’t even explain how happy I am. Their customer service is definitely exceptional and they have a vast variety of options to choose from. From exhaust to get in your engine completely redone they are the best in Jacksonville! Scott and JR are the bomb!
