Very good communications from day one for heat pump installation. Salesman visit was great and informative. Gave options and suggestions that were very helpful. Service was on time and professional. Took time to train and explain details. Also had a cleaning of an older unit in the same timeframe. Everything went as expected and service was great.

The team from MAC arrived on time (actually a little early) and ready to go. They explained each step of the install of my heat pumps, then did their work in a timely, conscientious fashion. When the work was complete, they explained how the system operated and answered any questions I had. My home feels comfortable, with a lovely temperature despite the winter weather outside, and I remain impressed with their professionalism. Highly recommend!

From the first contact over the phone, to the preview/estimate to the installation, my experience with MAC Heat Pumps has been stellar. Kim in the office is ALWAYS helpful, efficient and prompt! The rep, Sam knew what would be best for my space, offered suggestions, ideas and so much information. Ben and Dale (?) installed the pump and instructed me on usage in under the estimated time. I love my pump! The only thing I had trouble with is getting the correct time on my remote. It allows me to set times for changes but if the time isn't correct, that doesn't help. That said, it's a non-issue since

MAC Heatpumps was great. Other than the install wait time (about 1 month), the service and speed was excellent. They were neat and tidy. Not even any dust. The electrician made the effort to conceal the wiring even in the basement. Very pleased.

I had a heat pump installed. When calling to setup an appointment, they answered their phone (this did not happen with other installers), quoted me quickly, and setup an appointment. They showed up on time and installed as agreed upon with no issues.
