A native of Idaho, Dr. Christensen completed his undergraduate work at Ricks College and Brigham Young University and received his medical doctorate from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle, WA. Dr. Christensen completed his internship his general surgery and orthopaedic surgical residencies at St. Luke's Medical Center in Cleveland, OH.
