Do not go there. They have the worst customer service skills. First of all, a lady scheduled me but never actually put me on their scheduled calendar. When I got there, I was told that I wasn't on the list. So, I was rescheduled to come in on another day, which was this past Friday, November 26th. So I went and got my lashes done. On Saturday morning, as I was brushing them using the little brush that they gave me to brush my lashes, I realized some were coming off. I didn't think anything of it. Keep in mind that I followed the aftercare instruction, such as not getting them wet or applying any

Kim is the best hair and makeup artist I’ve worked with. Highly recommend her. She did my wedding ceremony last year in Aspen and then I asked her to come to the wedding reception this year in Vail to do my wedding party. She goes above and beyond for her clients, even offering to adjust a bridesmaids hair who did her hair in a new style herself and ended up not liking it. Great vibes from Kim that will make any bride feel confident on her big day. Professional, talented and fun to be around.

Just got home from my lash appointment with Jackie! My lashes legit look like a snap filter!! Seriously, they’ve NEVER looked this good. Jackie did such a fabulous job. Kem beauty is a hidden gem. Highly recommend them for any of their services. Tiya, the owner, is hands on and treats her customers like friends. Both were very warm & welcoming, felt like a girls day. I found this salon while searching for a new place to get my lashes done, which is a new addiction of mine. Let me just say that you will not be disappointed. The atmosphere is positive and relaxing. They truly care about your experience and help answer any and all questions you may have. The prices are hard to beat which is also a plus!!
