Located in Martinsville, VA, West Window Corporation serves customers in 8 states with the finest in Quality Aluminum and Vinyl Building Products. After adding an additional 35,000 square feet to our warehouse and production space, West Window Corporation has completed another 12,000 square foot addition which has provided additional office space, a conference room, and a beautiful new showroom.
Material purchased cannot be returned for credit without prior written authorization from West Window Corporation. There will be a 15% charge on material authorized for return. Odd size or special order material is not returnable. We will consider all other requests. Delivery of material will be on our regular truck routes and on our regular delivery schedule.

I just renovated my 1920s home in western Virginia and replaced all 18 of its original windows. I chose West Windows' Elite series and had an incredible local contractor (Forbes Carpentry - I recommend these guys every bit as strongly as I do these windows!) install them for me. I've seen all the best vinyl windows that Pella and Anderson have to offer, and these are much better built and finished just as nicely as Pella's top of the line vinyl products in terms of aesthetics. In terms of quality of build, West wins hands down. These windows are extremely easy to manipulate when opening and closing

I needed to have a glass window replaced on a set of replacement windows that were in a home that I had purchased. They were extremely responsive (Thanks David Byrd!!) in their communications and thoroughness of responses. They offered an option which allowed me to come to their Martinsville plant and have the glass replaced at a very reasonable cost while I waited. Compare that to the 2 week turn around times from local glass shops. Everyone that I met at the plant (receptionist, production worker etc) were very pleasant to deal with.
