We at Nor-Cal Roofing, Inc. understand that as a business or commercial/industrial property owner the last thing you need is to worry about problems with your roof. Nor-Cal roofing has been super responsive, reliable, and communicative as we looked for a roofing company. They were forthcoming about what they could and could not do, including discussions of reusing our older roofing tiles that are discontinued, what options we had outside of reuse, and making recommendations for best next steps. Joe was friendly and helpful in person and I feel confident in selecting this company for our current needs and future needs.

Nor-Cal just finished putting a new roof on our 2200 sq ft home. I've never had a more favorable experience with any business, ever. I must say that 5-stars is not enough for Nor-Cal. Project Manager Joe did the estimate along with a clear explanation of our options including pros and cons. His thorough knowledge of the roofing trade enabled him to answer our questions with clarity. He explained that any additional problems discovered under the old roofing would be addressed at pre-quoted rates, and would proceed only with our written authorization. Joe was in constant communication regarding scheduling despite the rainy weather. His bid was incredibly fair. The work was done very well and exactly when he said it would be done.
