First I’d like to say the gentleman who fixed out AC was amazing! Respectful, kind and helpful. He gets 5 stars!

I gave one star due to the customer service side. The female they have answering phones, setting up appointments, taking payments, etc. is extremely unprofessional.
When questions are asked about a bill she attempts to answer but doesn’t. Cuts you off while you’re trying to explain your concerns and then makes attempt to come after your character.
I went to pay the bill and she wouldn’t allow me to get a word in. She brought up her interaction with my

I was very pleased with all areas of service! Customer Service was quick to answer the phone and got me an appointment right away to get my air checked on! She was happy to help and very polite! They were prompt at getting to my house for the appointment and took care of everything that I needed that day! We had to order a part and it was ordered and received quickly! I would use them again and I highly recommend them if you need any work done!
