Michael turned the tables and won my family a huge settlement. I received a ticket for Failure to Yield in October, after we were taken to Grady for trauma care. I didn't think we had a chance, but Michael found multiple witnesses and turned around the entire case. After my husband got into a motorcycle accident on Christmas eve we had some difficulty finding an attorney. I was hit by a drunk driver on I-75 in Fulton who tried to flee to Cobb after hitting me. He was charged with hit and run and DUI, the whole thing was awful. I found Michael Gumprecht and he handled everything perfectly. I was able to receive medical treatment that I needed and didn't have to come out of pocket for anything. In the end Michael had to file a lawsuit against the driver because the insurance company thought we'd give up. NO WAY...Michael hit them like a ton of bricks and we won. Very happy all around, turned a bad situation into a great outcome. Thank you!

My wife and I were driving on Barrett Lakes in Cobb County when another driver suddenly pulled out in front of us from a side road. Our newborn son and 2 year old son were in the back seat, and the impact was so large that it sent us off the road and into a tree.
