Earthnet is Boulder, Colorado's only Tier 3 datacenter, offering enterprise-level technology combined with the customized service you would find at a boutique. Earthnet specializes in working with organizations that handle sensitive data, have strict governmental compliance requirements, and need flexible service plans. As a retired web application developer with long experience in many types of systems, the Earthnet support, reliability and availability was exactly what I needed.

Reliable service and expert technicians. They are easy to work with and tailor their services to the specific demands of your business.
Staff is easy to reach after hours and on holidays. Services going down often doesn’t care what time it is or what day it is. These guys monitor their systems 24/7 used to provide your services. Haven’t seen a issue slide by them or not get resolved in timely manner.
Definitely a solid provider of IT services. We intend to stick with them.

Sorry for the lengthy review, but I want to be clear about why I'm giving Earthnet a one-star review. In general, I've been happy with the service — I got what I paid for (more or less), and the tech support has been friendly, efficient and effective.
However, when I decided to disconnect my service, I first discovered that it would take a month for Earthnet's sub-contractor to accommodate the termination, THEN I discovered that Earthnet would not re-imburse me for the 2+ months BEYOND that termination date that I'd pre-paid. (The pre-payment was NOT part of a lease or contract beyond my monthly
