Lilliana's Skin Care & Spa was born in 2003 but my passion for quality skin care began many years ago. In 2003,I enrolled at Esthetics International in Columbia, South Carolina, to get my esthetician license and this is when my passion led me to want to be the very best I can be. I started my business in a small room in the back of a local boutique in Lexington and then moved to my current location in 2004.

General hours are from Tuesday through Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm but all is done by appointment only. Some Saturdays upon request.
