Had a great experience getting an estimate for some body damage on my mom’s Toyota. Took the time to look over the vehicle and print out an estimate that I can submit to the insurance company. Some of the other repair facilities would not provide a paper estimate, just a roundabout idea. Samuel’s came in as the most economical estimate choice.

I was in an auto accident and on my way home from the accident I stopped in there because my car door would not open. it was like 5 minutes before closing time and this gentleman come out and looked at the car for me and he pulled my front quarter panel back on the spot so I can open and close my door. I had minor damage to my vehicle he gave me an estimate on the spot to fix my bumper an quarter panel and paint it he was only going to charge me $750 which was way cheaper than I expected then again like i was saying i had minor damages. That right there goes to show me he was not trying to price

Samuels is absolutely AMAZING!! Everyone that I came in contact with was super nice and respectful. They were extremely easy to deal with and got my car repaired and back to me in record time. I am very impressed with the work that was performed and will definitely use them again if need be. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Although this was my first experience with needing to get repair on my vehicle, the customer service experience received from Samuel's has been more than what I expected. Ms.Cathy(front desk rep) is very kind, patient and well mannered. I love how informative they all were. I forgot the gentleman's name who did the work on my car but I had no idea that not only was he fixing the outside of my car, but cleaned the inside, top to bottom. I am so pleased with the work done to my car and how well I was treated. I pray that nothing else happens to my car, but if so, I do recommend Samuel's Collision
