I have used and have had a service agreement wit CBS for about 4 - 4 1/2 years I believe and have not ha an issue that wasn't promptly addressed and to my satisfaction as well the do what they say they'll do. I wouldn't hesitate to replace any of our machines with theirs if given the opportunity.

I have done business with CBS for over 15 years both locally and around the country - they have supported us courteously and professionally. Often times they know we have a problem before the users do and they are proactive in addressing our business needs. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly, and most service issues are addressed in one call.
If you have a business of any size, and need a support staff to come alongside - this is the team! From copiers/printers and anything digital, to IT support and solutions, I can't recommend them highly enough!

These guys treat us right for both new and used equipment sales and service. We have had great luck with the Ricoh line of copiers over the years and will continue to use them for all six offices around East Texas.
