We recently made a switch over to Daubenmire insurance agency and have been overwhelmed with the service we received! From the start of talking with Brian the owner to working directly with Michelle, who made us feel like we were part of the family. Michelle is AWESOME!! I never wanted to talk to another insurance agency, but Michelle is very professional and very compassionate and cares about her clients. I googled insurance companies near me and their name kept popping up. I had never heard of them, but SO glad I made the inquirey. I couldn't get home owners insurance anywhere, but Michelle knew about the Ohio FAIR Plan (which no other insurance company told me about but should of) and she was able to get me started with the process.
