Recently purchased a new Mastercraft X22 and had an issue with it (factory caused). Todd, TJ and the entire service department at Mark's kicked into high gear and fixed the issue very quickly. And Kudos to Sydney, who picked up and dropped our boat with a smile and great enthusiasm. What could have been a mess was resolved within a day or two and got us right back out onto the water. Just another reason I'm glad that we bought our boat at Mark's!

Recently I went through the process of purchasing a new boat via Mark's Leisure and I had a overall good time. The sales rep I worked with knew what he was talking about and clearly understood the process of interest in the boat all the way to delivery. All the other staff were plenty nice and helpful with questions and finding out details and beyond.

Just bought a great new boat from Mark's Leisure Time Marine - customer service was outstanding - everyone we worked with was professional and helpful - we asked for a couple 'extras' and they all did a great job making it happen - Todd in service made sure everything on the build sheet went just right - Cam did a great job with the demo, showing us exactly how to operate everything - we worked with Marty in sales - you couldn't ask for a better, more knowledgeable salesman or a nicer person - never any pressure - always followed up with every phone msg and email - Marty went 'above and beyond

I was often treated like an inconvenience instead of a customer. We paid to dry dock and rarely was our boat in the water when we arrived at the agreed upon time. Terrible customer service. It made going out on our boat just as stressful as when we had to deal with the boat launch. Complete waste of money.

These guys are some of the nicest folks on the lake. Even if you don't know a thing about boating they make you feel completely comfortable renting. Their boats are in great condition and problem free. It makes a lake vacation all that much more enjoyable. We have rented from them twice and will certainly do so again.
