Services
We have been making delicious products in Hollister (San Benito County), California, since 1983. We like to use only the freshest fruits possible. We personally visit the growers and select the best ingredients available. Many of the fruits are grown on our property, so we have the luxury of waiting until the perfect moment to pick them.
JELLY is a jam mixture that is strained to remove all solid chunks of fruit and seeds (it should be clear and sparkling). MARMALADES are clear jellies in which pieces of fruit and rind are evenly suspended. BUTTER is a product that has been slow-cooked with spices until it reaches a thick consistency that spreads easily.
We like to get our fruit locally as much as possible in Hollister or San Benito County, California. Some fruit comes from neighboring Monterey and Santa Cruz counties. The Central Coast of California is a rich agricultural region, with a mild growing climate tempered by the nearby Pacific Ocean. Foggy mornings and evenings with warm days gives the best environment for excellent harvests.
Our great products are available in a retail store, by mail order, local delivery to your door, and in the Fall at select craft shows. Because of our small business we are rarely near the phone during the day (cooking, buying, delivering) but we will get back to you within 1 day. Because we make everything fresh during the harvest season, we will run out of flavors during the course of the year.

I am an annual customer of this candy company and I have been for several years. The only thing I buy is their Very Dark Chocolate Fudge, with and without walnuts. It really is something unique!
I normally make my purchase at Sacred Heart Saratoga's Holly Days Christmas boutique. Alas, this year Unique Gifts was at a different function so I had to make my order on line. The price for the quantity and quality is excellent...$7.25 per order and the company offers free shipping for purchases of $30.00 and over.
