West Coast Homes
A project management and interior design firm based in Lynden, Washington, experienced in home building and custom tiny homes. Good things come in small packages. Whether you're building tiny for a vacation getaway or a permanent dwelling, we have you covered. Read our FAQ's here. We love partnering at the conceptual stage of your build.

This helps you benefit from a more collective approach to design and constructability. After working with local architects to create your new house plans, WCH provides the interior design and construction services. If you already have house plans, we work hand-in-hand to review drawings, develop pricing, and provide design input and value engineering.
Services
Our Bellevue model is the most popular unit with our clients. It's great for families with small children given the more gradual incline of the staircase that leads up to the large loft. The layout also allows room for an optional coffee bar / pantry cabinet, which is a huge plus for tiny home dwellers.
No, we don't. We take great pride in the plans and models we create, and would like each model to be built with the consistent quality and craftsmanship we guarantee. Yes, we can accommodate changes per request. Depending on the desired modifications, fees may apply and the estimated completion date may be affected.
Are you looking for a quality lakefront home in the Pacific Northwest but don't want to pay the high price a custom vacation home can require? Situated halfway between Vancouver, Canada, and Seattle, Washington, Wildwood Lakefront Cottages on Lake Whatcom provides lots on which to place your custom tiny home and an energetic, family-friendly community to boot.
When we made the decision to build our first custom home we did a lot of research to find the right company to help our dream come to fruition. We chose West Coast Homes because of their stellar reputation. Our project was truly a joy. There were no surprises, no sticker shock and no nightmare scenarios.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks to hear from them. Was considering building a house in Pacific Northwest in next 6 months. Told them we were moving. To date (7/8), have not heard from them. Disappointed is an understatement.

Worked with Raymond, Laura and their team to have our house built in Whatcom County. I can't speak more highly of the care and attention they paid us during the building of our home. They made a very stressful process much easier and we now have a beautiful new home that my family and I couldn't be happier with. I highly recommend West Coast Homes to anyone looking to have their home built well, and be treated with respect and honesty.
