Feb 2021 DeLand - Installing an entirely new roof is a relatively daunting and expensive endeavor, not to be taken lightly. You have to interview at least three to five different companies, which can be a frustrating task. You have to worry about whether the person who comes to your house is genuinely interested in selling you what you need... or simply trying to sell you whatever they can get you to buy. They gave me all the details of the schedule in advance and stuck to it exactly as they said. Special thanks to Matthew Householder. Our warehouse was hit was by a F-1 tornado and did approximately $35k in damage (roof, building paint, awning, vinyl gate, and metal trim). After interviewing several roofing companies, we decided on Noland's Roofing in Orange City. Most companies that sought to fix our damage were more concerned about how they would contribute to our deductible and how they could save us money; complete sales pitch without inspecting a thing. Dylan Rodriguz was polite, professional, and very informative compared to the three other roofing specialists we interviewed. In fact, Dylan spent the longest time inspecting our roof, gave the most in-depth presentation, and left us with the entire presentation in brochure form to review at our leisure. He went above and beyond to work with us, and we feel completely confident that Nolands has the best product and experienced workers to get the job done to our satisfaction. Pros: Very responsive, will come out there, and get you an estimate ASAP, has an office, doesn't mind doing paperwork, and will respond to their web-forms, and it seems like they do do top-notch work but I can't vouch for that completely because I didn't have them do work.
