Before any construction begins, we work with the customer/owner, designers, and planners to ensure the project meets your needs, meets the required codes, and is performed safely. Our services include turnkey projects that take the structure from the ground up, including all necessary utilities, to the roofing and even detailed interior finishing work.

Scott Wilson, owner of P&W Construction, has over 30 years of construction experience in various roles. He has served as Project Manager, Site Superintendent, Quality Control Manager, and Safety Manager for several companies, including his own. Scott has owned P&W for over 15 years and has completed numerous government and commercial projects in East Tennessee.
