We came across Websiteservices4all by way of Thumbtack. We'd interviewed multiple companies as our primary concern was quality and content, and ongoing service after the site was built for general changes and/or modifications needed. Mark has been super-responsive and very patient as we changed our minds continually throughout the site build. We're extremely happy with the final product and will continue to do business with WS Services 4 All moving forward.

I am a pastor of a church and another 501(3) non-profit, and Mark and his team have been very patient and helpful bringing us up to speed on web design, live streaming, and transferring services from social media to our website. We send items to the website in the afternoon and the following morning they are set on our webpage. When searching for someone to help revamp my Shopify page, I knew it wasn't going to be an easy task. I have a ton of products, and I needed someone that was familiar with Shopify, but also familiar on customizing the site to suite my needs. 15 years ago I was like a new born baby trying to learn and navigate the many facets of the web and websites. With so many choices and advertisers bombarding me I was a bit overwhelmed. I must have too high of expectations as I expect things to get down in a much more timely manner. I have wasted a good chunk of money that could have been spent somewhere else. I have had zero results and have accomplished nothing in 6 months. I am not willing to lower my expectations anymore.

Mark and his team designed and developed 2 websites for me and managed them for a 5-year period. They have always been very responsive and thorough in website support - including restoring our site several years ago after it had been hacked.
Recently they took over a third website that had been developed by a different company and helped us iron out significant issues with the performance of that site. They are great at the techie side and the business side and I'm very grateful that WebsiteService4All is part of my virtual team!

This was my 3rd attempt to hire someone to build my site. I got screwed again. Hired them on May 29, 2017. Provided them everything they requested. On July 11, 2017, I still have NO website. Blew me off every-time I called to get a progress report.
Suppose to have a 1 hour a month of consultation. I think I got 15 mins over 2 months. Paid for two month of hosting, yet they never bothered to move my address to their host. At the beginning they gave me the mock-up of my dreams. But it never resulted in an actually website, never mind a site that

I contacted Mark regarding fixing some problems on my website. Inadvertently I did not read the proposal carefully enough and wound up signing an online year contract [ beware ]. However the service from his technician sonny was very helpful and he was easy to deal with and I got a few things fixed. Mark does not give any personal service and at the end of the term could not even remember what had been accomplished and what had not....just a sales pitch.

I'm an up and coming children's book author and I needed a website to promote my book without breaking the bank. I found websiteservice4all on the Thumbtack app, and Mark was able to do in 20 minutes what I couldn't do in a month on my own. The initial consult was in person and the meetings thereafter are via screen sharing/phone. He was very attentive and very thorough in explaining how to navigate/make changes to my site. I definitely recommend this company. Budget-friendly and worth every penny!

They are thiefs they take people money and say they are going to do things to help your business , but the only thing they do is help there business by taking your money . i do not recommend them to any one to do business with them . they took my money that i didnt have and didnt do anything but help my kids not get things for this holidays. thanks for taking from my kids .

I've been using them for about 2.5 years or so. The first 1 to 1.5 years was ok (while their company name was eDynamo). I do not know if they were acquired or just went through rebranding but they are now called websiteservice4all.com. Although I am dealing with the same people their service has declined quite a bit.
I have been having website issues (from their upgrades, etc) and its taken a lot inquiries into them to solicit a response. This last issue with them is really starting to test my patience with them. I cannot access my website (admin) to write blog entries or make other changes
