I wish I could leave a better review because I like to support real people and local businesses. If you want a basic car detail then Sam is your guy, but if you want real attention to detail then probably not.
Very little effort was made to vacuum/shampoo areas under the seats or hard to reach places where smells and debris usually accumulate.
I paid for a full detail and ozone treatment. Sam arbitrarily charged $50 for the ozone treatment even though it should have been free according to the business listing. I paid the extra $50 anyways because I know he's just trying to make a living.

Sam with Mack2steam did outstanding job on my daughter’s 2009 Honda Odyssey. With 3 kids and a dog there is no question the van gets a workout! When Sam opened the door to assess the work, his reaction was, “WOW” which I believe was a polite way of saying, “Nasty”. Sam attended to every detail, nook and cranny! He brought the carpets back to life as well as the leather interior. He also brought the headlights to life so they too where bright and shiny once again. I spilled compost in my car. The smell was the most horrific smell you have ever smelled in your life. Sammie worked for 3 days straight to get the smell out of my car. The smell was resilient, but Sammie worked his magic! He even detailed it for me on top of getting the smell out! He is amazing! My car has never been so clean. He was honest about everything from the very start. He truly cares about his customers and wants to make you happy AND all for a great price! I highly recommend Sammie for any of your car’s needs!

They let me come in on the same day I called because my car just needed a quick seat cleaning for milk spill. Other places I called even the dealership I go for regular car maintenance were booked for the next few weeks. I really appreciate them for letting me come in. The owner is professional and honest, takes pride in what he does. I’ll definitely utilize this company for car detailing.
